Process-accompanying quality control at Steingross means that our employees focus their work tasks from the beginning under the maxim of your specifications.
The employee checks against your drawing specifications at every stage of the process. Additionally, a comprehensive final inspection is conducted at the end. The quality assurance is capable of comparing the parts from production against the CAD model on the measuring machine.

From the beginning, Steingross Feinmechanik has been involved in scientific research projects. We are your competent partner for CNC milling in Berlin and Brandenburg and can handle your workpieces in lot sizes from 1 to 5,000. Our milling technology, with 100% optical tool measurement, also enables the manufacturing of complex workpieces. Even special materials, such as titanium, Invar, or Kovar, can be processed by us. Furthermore, we also offer CNC turning, not only on conventional but also on NC lathes. Our production offers implementations of diameters between 0.1 to 900 mm and qualities up to IT6. Here, lot sizes between 1 and 5,000 can be realized. In addition, surface finishing, such as grinding, polishing, or even gold plating and chromating, is part of our range of services. All components are naturally cleaned afterwards, with ultrasonic and bio-cleaning available upon customer request. Final assembly, as well as precision finishing, have also been part of our offerings from the start. Even the smallest threads in almost all high-performance materials and fine welding are carried out with the most modern technology.
