Leverage our years of experience for the precision finishing and final assembly of your complex components. Surface finishing is also part of Steingross Precision Mechanics’ range of services. This includes, of course, the final cleaning of your complex components. Moreover, we are your competent partner for CNC milling in Berlin and Brandenburg. We are capable of efficiently manufacturing complex workpieces in lot sizes from 1 to 5,000. In addition to CNC milling, we also offer CNC turning. Our production manufactures workpieces with diameters ranging from 0.1 to 900 mm.
Through continuous process-accompanying quality control, we guarantee the flawless execution of your projects. We work with measuring machines from renowned manufacturers, such as Mitutoyo, and can provide you with measurement reports, Certificates of Conformity (COC), or material certificates upon request. Our employees check against your drawing specifications at every stage of the process. A comprehensive final inspection is conducted at the end. Quality assurance also includes comparing the workpieces from production against the CAD model on the measuring machine. Furthermore, we also offer contract measurements of your products.
